Designed as an easy drinking wine that can be enjoyed as a ‘summer terrace wine’ as well as matching a range of foods this is a blend of (white) Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Bacchus. It has lovely floral and fruit notes and a good structure. While perhaps not quite as elegant as our main range of single varietal wines this is supremely enjoyable for any occasion with sufficient weight and complexity to warrant ‘tasting’ as well as drinking.
